Processing Time
Your order will be processed upon completion of payment.
Please note that items with limited stock may sell out before you complete your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Purchased items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders processed on weekends or public holidays will be prepared for shipping on Monday and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
For certain items, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, details will be provided on the product page and in your cart. Please be sure to read this information carefully.
Pre-orders
For items available for pre-order, the expected shipping date is listed on the product page. Please note that full payment is required at the time of order. Due to our made-to-order production system, we cannot accept cancellations of purchased items for ethical reasons.
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, please be aware that the entire order will be shipped after the pre-order items become available.
We are unable to split orders to ship in-stock items earlier. If you wish to purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders for each.
Shipping Guide
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 1,200 yen (including tax) nationwide. Please note that for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, the shipping fee is 2,200 yen (including tax). Thank you for your understanding.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any additional customs duties/taxes that may be incurred depending on their region.
Delivery Time
Depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method, orders from overseas may take 4 to 21 business days for delivery.
*Please note that delays may occur for orders from overseas.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Additional Orders
Once payment has been completed for an item, it cannot be modified. If you wish to add a different item after payment, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Typically, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.
During busy periods, we may need to cancel orders due to stock shortages. If your order is canceled, all charges will be automatically refunded. We recommend placing a new order or registering for the waitlist for out-of-stock items.

RETURN POLICY
Please carefully check the details (size, color, etc.) before making a purchase. Due to our made-to-order production and ethical considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased items.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products or incorrect shipments.
Please contact our Customer Service Center within 7 days of receiving your package and provide a return tracking number within 3 business days.
When contacting the Customer Service Center, please provide the following information to expedite the process:
Order list, barcodes for all items, product photos, and photos of any defects
For exchanges/returns of defective items or incorrectly shipped products, Determ will cover the shipping costs.
For international shipments, cash on delivery is not available, so please pay the return fee in advance. The amount will be refunded to you after the package arrives at our inventory and is verified by the relevant team.
In Case of Missing Items in Your Order
If you are missing an item in your package, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the box. Please include photos of the following items with your enquiry:
· Photo of the box · Photo of all items received · Order list · Photo of each barcode of each item
If any items are missing from your package, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the box. When contacting us, please attach photos of the following:

・All items received
・The order list
・Barcodes of each product
Upon receiving your notification, we will attempt to secure the missing items. However, please understand that depending on timing, we may not be able to provide the items.
