Shipping Guide

Domestic Orders (Japan):

Shipping costs are a flat rate of ¥1,200 (tax included) for deliveries nationwide. For shipments to Hokkaido and Okinawa, the flat rate is ¥2,200 (tax included). Complimentary shipping is available for orders over ¥33,000 (tax included).

International Orders (U.S. & Europe):
We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all U.S. orders under $800 and all orders to Europe. The prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of duties, VAT, and customs fees. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.

Orders to Other Regions:
For shipments outside the U.S. and Europe, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
For customers in the United States and Europe, DDP shipping ensures all import duties, VAT, and customs fees are included in the purchase price, eliminating any additional charges upon receipt.

For customers in other countries, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be levied based on your country’s import policies. These costs are not included in the purchase price and must be settled by the customer upon delivery.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that items with limited stock may sell out before your order is completed. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Typically, purchased items ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday) and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Some products may require longer processing times. In such cases, specific information will be provided on the product page and in your shopping cart. Please review these details carefully.

  • For international shipments, delivery times vary by destination and shipping method, generally ranging from 4 to 21 business days. Delays may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you. If you are unable to locate this email, please email us at info@determ.net.

Modifying and Adding to Orders

  • After payment is completed, order modifications are not possible.
  • To add items after placing an order, please submit a new order separately.
