Shipping
Free delivery is available for orders over 33,000 yen including tax.

Cancellations, returns and other important matters
We do not accept any cancellations, returns or changes after ordering the product.

Exchanges
Please note that we will only exchange the product in the following cases

• If the product has an obvious defect for which we are responsible.
• If there is a product difference (design, colour, size) for which we are responsible.

In the above cases, this only applies if you contact us within 3 days of delivery, including the date of delivery.

(We will bear the shipping costs for returning the goods after collection. Please note that we will not accept the goods if they are returned directly to us without contact).

The exchange is limited to unopened and unused items only.
The product may differ slightly from the actual product due to the nature of the product and the conditions under which it was photographed.


Please understand and acknowledge in advance that the following cases are not subject to exchange.

• Products for which more than 4 days have elapsed, including the day of delivery.
• Image differences (design, colour, size, etc.)
• Products that have been opened or used once by the customer
• Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
• Products that have been unilaterally returned
• Products purchased outside our online sales network.

※Colours of the products may differ from the images shown on the website due to the browser or your screen settings.

Refund
Refunds will only be made if there is no replacement product.
Returned goods will be cancelled within 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after confirmation of receipt.
