You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date to the country where the item was delivered. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:

• Products returned after 14 days from the delivery date.
  

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, soiled, or have a strong odor (e.g., cigarettes).
  

• Products returned without prior approval from us.
  

• Items purchased from sources outside of our official online sales channels.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.

Once we confirm the item is available in your requested size, we will hold it for you. As soon as we receive your original item, the exchange will be processed and shipped to the same address used for your original order.

If you would like a different color or style, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all original tags, packaging, and a copy of the invoice included.

Once received at our Office, returned merchandise will be inspected and processed within 5 business days. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note:

• Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, soiled, or returned without proper packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
