Cancellations, returns and other important mattersWe do not accept any cancellations, returns or changes after ordering the product.

* Our products are in stock shared with existing stores, and some of the products are lined up in stores rather than in warehouses. The number of items in stock is updated from time to time according to the store, but it is difficult to reflect in real time, and it is rare that it is sold at the store at the time of ordering, so after receiving your order We will check the stock at the store, and in some cases we may not be able to secure the stock due to the above reasons. In that case, we will send you an apology email and cancel your order.

About exchange
Please check that we will replace it only in the following cases


  • If the product has obvious defects due to our responsibility
  • If there is a difference in the product due to our responsibility (design, color, size)
If any of the above applies, we will only apply if you contact us within 3 days including the delivery date.

(Our company will bear the shipping cost for returning the product after collecting it. Please note that we will not be able to accept it if it is returned directly without contacting us.)

・ Replacement is limited to unopened and unused items.
・ Depending on the nature of the product and the situation at the time of shooting, it may differ slightly from the actual product.

Please understand and understand that the following cases are not eligible for replacement.

  • Products that have passed 4 days or more, including the delivery date
  • Different images (design, color, size, etc.)
  • Products that have been opened and used by the customer once
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned unilaterally
  • Products purchased other than our online sales
